RMA PROCEDURE

The fastest way to short turnaround times

 

technetix NV guarantees a standard turnaround time of 3 to 4 weeks excl. transport.

For shipment of large quantities at once, the lead-time will be agreed upon.

 

technetix NV is using a Repair Portal (rma.technetix.com) to optimize the communication between our customers and our repair facility.

 

Thanks to the RMA procedure, technetix NV is able to minimize all turnaround times.

technetix NV's RMA procedure is as follows:

 

1. Operator request user-id and password via rma.technetix.com

2. Through the portal the operator can define the type, quantities and faults of material he wants to send.

3. The portal will send a confirmation e-mail to the operator and provide him with the packaging list.

4. technetix NV updates the repair planning with the above items

5. Operator send the equipment to technetix, together with packaging list

6. technetix NV repairs the equipment + handles the RMA labeling

7. technetix NV sends a price confirmation by quote

8. technetix NV receives the operator's order

9. Equipment is packed, labeled and shipped to the operator
